WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING HALL RENTAL APPLICATIONS FOR 2025/2026

Our church would love to host your next event!

This is a friendly space that has hosted everything from wedding receptions, quinceaneras, graduation parties, family reunions, funeral receptions, and many more events. We would love to host your next event here.

The fellowship hall, kitchen, sanctuary, and youth room are available to rent.  

Classrooms may be available on a case-by-case basis.

CAPACITIES

  • Fellowship hall: 240 (or less with dance floor, etc)

  • Youth room: 55

  • Sanctuary: 392

DECORATIONS

Decorations may be attached to surfaces only after prior approval of LCGS.  Set up may occur on Friday, 5 p.m.-9 p.m., or weekends with prior arrangement with the office or event coordinator. 

 CLEANING

You have an option to have LCGS staff clean the kitchen for you, or you may clean it yourself to save money. Renters are asked to remove all decorations. LCGS kitchen staff do not wait on tables, clear dishes into the kitchen, restock food supplies, or run errands for renters.

RATES

  • Fellowship Hall: $1,900/10 hrs

  • Kitchen (with hall rental): $250-$500

  • Youth Room: $1,000/10 hrs

  • Sanctuary: $1,500

Hourly rates are also available

Nonprofit organizations may have a reduced rate with proof of 501c3 status

 POLICIES

  • Please refer to the rental contract for a complete listing of our policies.

  • Alcoholic beverages are not allowed.

  • Smoking is not permitted in the building and is permitted only in designated outside areas.

  • LCGS Staff will be present at all times during use. Their instructions are to be followed by all users. Staff will be responsible for lockup.

  • Security is required for events with over 100 people.

  • Insurance is required. LCGS reserves the right to require the user to provide evidence of liability coverage.

EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES

We provide:

  • Tables and chairs—our chairs are new and pretty enough to not need slipcovers.

  • We have round tables that comfortably seat eight and 6-ft and 8-ft banquet tables available.

  • If the kitchen is included in your rental — kitchen equipment includes: ice machine, stove, oven, plates, silverware,  refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchen work space.

 Renter provides:

  • Tablecloths and any disposable items, including but not limited to napkins, paper plates, paper or plastic cups, etc.

Our Youth Room is available for rent on an hourly basis.

The room is ideal for smaller receptions, bridal or baby showers, meetings, and other special events. The room can seat 55 comfortably.
