Rental Information & Guidelines
Introduction
These friendly spaces have hosted everything from weddings, quinceañeras celebrations, graduation parties, family reunions, receptions, piano recitals, and many more events.

Rates
We work to keep our spaces affordable for community groups and private events. Rental rates vary according to the space, length of use, type of organization, and needs of the event.

Equipment and Supplies
We provide:

Tables and chairs - our chairs are new and pretty enough to not need slipcovers.

We have round tables that comfortably seat eight as well as 6-ft and 8-ft banquet tables available.

If the kitchen is include in your rental - kitchen equipment includes: ice machine, stove, oven, plates, silverware, refrigerator, dishwasher and kitchen work space.
Renter provides:

Tablecloths and any disposable items, including but limited to napkins, paper plates, paper or plastic cups, etc.
Kitchen

We have a health department certified kitchen.

You may use the kitchen, dishes and flatware for an additional fee.

Ice from the ice machine is free.

Renters are responsible for cleaning the kitchen, unless they opt to pay for the cleaning fee.
Policies
- Booking fees become non-refundable four months prior to your date.
- Alcoholic beverages are prohibited anywhere on church grounds.
- Decorations may not be fixed with tape, glue, nails, or staples.
- Professional security must be present for groups exceeding 100. Constant adult monitoring is mandatory for all bounce houses.
- Waste and recyclables must be sorted into proper bins. All gatherings must conclude by 10pm sharp.
Cleaning

You have an option to have LCGS staff clean the kitchen for you, or you may clean it yourself to save money.

Renters are asked to remove all decorations.

LCGS kitchen staff do not wait on tables, clear dishes into the kitchen, restock food supplies, or run errands for renters.
